About Jackie McDonald
Jackie works alongside Jack Parkinson, Group Chairman, and Roddy Barrow, Group Managing Director, identifying and assessing business opportunities and investments for the strategic development and growth of the HR GO Group.
Jackie plays a key role liaising with potential joint venture partners to present a robust recommendation to the Board and manages the negotiation of new opportunities including all legal and financial aspects. She has a merger and acquisition (M&A) finance background with blue chip organisations negotiating deal transactions, business development and restructuring, and managing and mitigating business risk.

Provide initial support and navigation of the HR GO back-office as you establish yourself within the Group.
