Hospitality in the Harris Room hits all the right areas for HR GO Recruitment

An opening partnership between two long-established Kent enterprises promises to be just the job for both.

HR GO Recruitment, founded nearly 60 years ago in Dartford, is the oldest independent jobs agency in the county, with eight branches across Kent and 20 more outlets nationwide.

So what could be more natural than teaming up with one of the UK’s oldest and most renowned county cricket clubs?

HR GO’s sponsorship of the Harris Room at The Spitfire Ground offers clients not only great cricket and hospitality, but also a chance to hear how the company eases every recruitment challenge.

The HR GO Harris Room is situated on the top floor of the Colin Cowdrey Stand. It can cater for up to 250 guests, with almost 100 seats on the balcony offering panoramic views of the ground.

These days, in a tight labour market, it’s not easy for employers to find the right people with the right skills.

Yet this is crucial to the continued success and prosperity of the business and its employees.

HR GO is a specialist in permanent, contract and temporary employment, finding staff for a wide range of sectors. With their high street locations, reputation and market share, they are able to attract and source high calibre candidates.

They include Office and Professionals, Driving, Catering, Events and Hospitality, Healthcare, Industrial, Construction and Technical.

The company provides staff for the club’s matches and events, as well as parties and functions at The Spitfire Ground and the County Ground, Beckenham.

Commercial Director Angela Smith, Associate Director Jenny Hayden, and their teams work tirelessly to satisfy every client’s recruitment needs. They would be delighted to work with you.

Jenny said: “It’s great to be partnering Kent County Cricket Club. Like them, we recognize the importance of teamwork to performance and achievement.

“Our support for the club and the HR GO Harris Room enables us to meet clients from all parts of the county.

“We take the hassle out of recruitment. We work closely with every client, finding out precisely what skills and attitudes they need, and keep them fully informed at every stage.”

Jenny added: “We wish Kent, Captain Sam Northeast and all his team success in all forms of the game this season. The HR GO team looks forward to a long and fruitful partnership with the cricket team and our clients.”
