Introducing The Acts of Kindness Community Programme!
For over 60 years HR GO businesses have been playing an important part in their local communities. In our Diamond Jubilee year we completed over 60 Acts of Kindness and raised over £55K.
This year, we are continuing on our journey to help the community, while also spreading the word about the values of HR GO. 2017 saw many of our Consultants get really involved in participating in the '60 Acts Of Kindness', and although 2018 also saw some great acts, we want to push 2019 to a whole new level.
This year we have also created the 'The Chair's Fund', where your donations will be match-funded by the Chairman and donated to a worthy cause. The money in the fund will be distributed by the Board to other worthy causes.
The Acts of Kindness Programme aims to continue the tradition of supporting local communities. Each employee is being encouraged to take an additional 2 days paid leave to volunteer to help local organisations.
We are happy to support our people in the personal development and boost to team spirit that comes from being able to make a positive contribution to their local communities and charities.
