About Roddy Barrow
Roddy was appointed Group MD, responsible for the full portfolio of HR GO Group brands, in January 2017, having previously been Chief Financial Officer of HR GO plc for the 3 years prior.
He is an experienced Chartered Accountant, who originally trained with KPMG in London. He brings with him substantial experience in general management and programme delivery leadership. His previous job before joining HR GO was as Finance Director of a joint venture providing services to the UK and European Governments. His commercial career has been characterised by mostly working with private businesses in growth, M&A and transformational situations across several different sectors covering life sciences, manufacturing, media, publishing, employment services and now recruitment.
