Growing recruitment specialist RHL hires senior trio

RHL, one of the UK’S leading Technical & Professional Recruitment Specialists, has appointed three key members to their existing team.  RHL, following a successful year, has embarked on its own recruitment campaign to strengthen its capability further, in line with growth plans across all facets of the business in both Ashford and Maldon, Essex office.

IAN HARGRAVE has been appointed as Sales Director to drive new business globally.  Ian returns to RHL after 14 years absence following his international recruitment career working in Singapore, China and Australia, predominantly in the Energy and Construction Sectors.

Greg Wall, RHL’s MD, is delighted to secure Ian as part of the Senior Management Team in his ambitious plans for continual growth, as RHL enters an exciting new chapter in the company’s development plan.

Ian is living in the Ashford area and has two young boys and is an avid rugby league follower.

ALEX BUTCHER, appointed as Managing Consultant, is responsible for the International Life Sciences Sector.  She has recently been working with a major pharmaceutical recruitment business and has had quick success within her first month of joining the RHL Team.

Alex is a working mum and balances her busy working week with running a house with her husband and two young daughters.

The trio is completed by STEVE TURNER who is responsible for RHL’s increasing investment in European and Middle East construction markets.

Steve lives in Ashford with his fiancé and young family, and is getting married this summer.

Greg added: “I’m really excited and confident about the future for RHL. We have added three highly experienced and talented specialists to our existing quality team who will all help accelerate our growth.

“This is just the start. We are planning to increase our headcount again, with more consultants needed in Ashford, Kent, and Maldon, Essex.
